Good lawyer, got my charges for my dui down to a minimum. He was responsive and it was much appreciated.

Highly Competent and caring lawyer

Mr. Fisher represented me when I was arrested for my 2nd DUI within 5 years. He was great to work with. He was very professional and took a personal interest in my case. He was just as concerned about my welfare as he was about the legal issues I was facing. Since my BAC was so high in both DUI a...rrests and I also had been arrested for public intoxication, Jonathan very strongly recommended that I seek in patient treatment for alcohol abuse. Thank God that he did. It pointed me in the right direction for a healthy life and I believe it showed the court that I had made necessary changes to avoid future problems. It ended up that the commonwealth did not have the evidence necessary to convict me. Jonathan saw that and together we decided to reject the plea that was offered and fight the case and we won. He was very confident during the trial and knew exactly how to handle my case , which had some unusual circumstances. Also, while waiting for my court date I had a couple of major slips, which were violations of my pretrial terms. Jonathan helped me through those and the court allowed me to focus on my recovery rather than waiting for my trial in a jail cell. I highly recommend Jonathan Fisher and I am grateful that he represented me.

DUI AND REFUSAL DISMISSED!!! OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I was arrested and charged with DUI and Refusal in one of the strictest counties / towns in the state of VA and Mr. Fisher with his years of experience was able to secure a Dismissal for BOTH the DUI and Refusal. By encouraging an appeal on the refusal, Mr. Fisher was able to move the court to strike... the Commonwealth’s evidence. This man is at the top of his game and I was fortunate enough to have been put in touch with him. From the beginning, Mr. Fisher was always assessable and being from out of state I was concerned that would be an issue and it was not. When I first explained my situation to Mr. Fisher and how the event took place he understood the unique circumstances and was willing to take on the case and I will forever be grateful he did. Mr. Fisher is a consummate professional and throughout the process was very clear with my options to achieve the best outcome. Mr. Fisher is the Top Gun in VA DUI law and there is no one better! Great lawyer!! Worth every penny!!

I was arrested for DUI and refusal in July 2018. I was not speeding and never committed a traffic violation, the officer pulled me over because he said I weaved in my lane several times over the course of a mile. I did the sobriety test the officer told me I failed all three test but it was really ob...vious the officer already had in his mind I failed before I even started the test. The officer arrested me for DUI. We discussed a blood test and I told the officer I had questions and wanted to speak with someone else. The officer told me he would allow me to speak with the magistrate when we got to jail. When we arrived at jail the officer sat me in a room, wrote the DUI and refusal charge and never allowed me to speak with the magistrate about the blood test. I spoke with several lawyers and reviewed their website but Mr. Fisher's website stuck out to me. After speaking with Mr. Fisher he explained everything he would do to help me with my case, I felt comfortable enough to hire him. My case was continued several times over the next 9 months, some of what was with my schedule, some of it was the prosecution. On my court date, Mr. Fisher explained he was fully prepared to try my case. I was extremely nervous about the outcome due to the lasting effects a DUI can have on ones record. My trial lasted about 5 minutes, Mr. Fisher was able to get both of my charges dismissed because of the reason why the officer pulled me over in the first place. The officer started speaking about why he pulled me over. Mr. Fisher immediately objected. The video of me driving was played in the courtroom in front of the judge and it was clear what the officer was saying could not be supported by the dash cam video of my driving. It actually showed me weave maybe twice over a four mile period. The judge did not need to hear anything else and decided to dismiss my case. I was fully expecting the worst case scenario or at least some sort of plea deal but to get my charges dropped is the best case scenario. Mr. Fisher is worth every penny for the outcome I received and I would have paid double for his services.

Jonathan was able to get my out of state dwi downgraded to a reckless driving charge. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend him to others.
