I was pulled over for reckless driving. It started with a rolled stop sign in the country, and the unmarked cop car decided not to identify himself as law enforcement; but rather tail me and push me to higher speeds until it became reckless driving. I can't say I was a perfect angel, but neither was ...the cop. Apparently, we were both have a rough morning. Plus, the officer had written the wrong code on my ticket, along with my account. Needless to say, Mr. Hershey took my case the night before my court date. He was able to postpone the date. Mr. Hershey gave clear instructions to better the outcome of my court case. I was able to complete the assignments. In the end, Mr. Hershey did an outstanding job of working with the court attorney and the officer recognized we were both wrong and agreed to lower my charges to a simple traffic violation. When the judge agreed to the lower charges, Mr. Hershey made sure the judge saw documentation that I had a clean driving record and that I passed a voluntary driver improvement course. I went from a class 1 misdemeanor to a $25 traffic violation. Mr. Hershey advised me every step; even suggestions on how to conduct myself for in court to improve my outcome. My favorite part was when I asked him how I should plea, and he said, "Don't worry. I'll do all the talking. You just stand there." Also, I was able to shake hands with the officer in the end.

I am extremely pleased with Mr. Hershey and the results I have gotten with him. i was convicted of involuntary manslaughter when i was a teenager and was told because of the nature of my crime my gun rights would be hard to attain. Mr. Hershey took the case without hesitation and with in a month had ...my rights fully restored. i would personally never recommend another attorney. He is by far worth every dollar and more.
