HiiiMr. Fisher literally saved years of my life and my Career

I was arrested in Wythe County and charged with a 3rd offense DUI in 5 which Carries a mandatory minimum of 6months plus a felony charge. Arrested on Sunday morning at like 1230 am. First off Mr. Fisher was the only one that answered his phone (direct line) on Sunday. I was initially denied bond and ...after retaining Mr. Fisher he was able to get me a bond. The case was extended out to basically a few days short of a year, some of this was Mr. Fishers doing and some was me asking him to get extensions which he did. Over this year I did an outpatient program, a semester of college and deployed for a bit as well while obviously not getting in anymore trouble. Mr. Fisher somehow got my charge reduced to a wreckless driving charge with no jail time, a $1500 fine and 6 months suspended license which is literally unheard of/ the best scenario I could have ever dreamed of especially with a like .23 BAC. I was preparing myself for a year of jail and not to even be able to think about having a license for at least 5 years. I am not proud that it took me so much to learn my lesson and the fact that I put others in danger but it did lead me to addressing the issues in my life causing such reckless behavior and while it was not exactly cheap because of my charge it was worth every penny and then some. Mr. Fisher literally saved years of setback and despair in my life and was able to get me another chance to fix myself and start doing the right thing by fellow constituents and my family. Money cannot speak for how grateful I am to him. He is very busy and you will be nervous about your case, if you dont always hear from him or it takes a little bit just trust the process but also be proactive to help him help you. If it is within your power to hire Mr. Fisher it is an absolute must for your case and maybe your freedom. There is literally no other option. Thank you again Mr. Fisher for everything that you did for me and my family and best 2019!!!

Honest about possible outcomes. Offered advice when seeking medical/psychiatric assistance in relation to charge. 99% available via text messaging. Got a 3rd DUI felony reduce to a misdemeanor! The best possible scenario given the situation. Thank you.

Phenomenal lawyer; Totally worth the money!

I was clocked at 96 in a 70 on one of the Virginia interstates. Anything above 80mph or 20+ above the limit in Virginia is reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor (this stays on your record for life, as VA courts do not allow misdemeanors to be expunged from one’s record). As a professional I could ...not afford to have that on my record. We started receiving brochures in the mail from different law firms. We called several of them. Despite a retainment fee of $2500, we decided to go with Mr. Fisher since he had the best rating and reviews on multiple websites. Mr. Fisher spoke to me many times before the case, and even talked to my father over the phone. He told me exactly what I should do before the court date, including volunteering, obtaining my driving record, etc. During the trial, he paid close attention to the prosecution as they laid forth their case. He caught subtle mistakes neither the prosecutor nor police officer noticed, and I ended up walking away with nothing more than a 71 in a 70 on my record. Mr. Fisher is truly a remarkable lawyer. Most other lawyers would not have caught that mistake, and they may not have even gone to trial for this case. He is totally worth your money if you are in a difficult situation and want to protect your record.

DUI dropped to Reckless

I heard about Mr. Fisher's expertise with DUI cases on the radio and when I was charged, he was the first person I contacted and I am so glad I did. I was charged with a DUI and failure to blow in addition to speeding. I was very concerned about loosing my license as it would greatly effect my work..., perhaps make me loose my job. From the beginning and throughout the entire process, Mr. Fisher was able to ease my mind about the situation. Jonathan was able to get my charges reduced to reckless driving and I got to keep my license. Worth every penny!!!
