DUI AND REFUSAL DISMISSED!!! OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I was arrested and charged with DUI and Refusal in one of the strictest counties / towns in the state of VA and Mr. Fisher with his years of experience was able to secure a Dismissal for BOTH the DUI and Refusal. By encouraging an appeal on the refusal, Mr. Fisher was able to move the court to strike... the Commonwealth’s evidence. This man is at the top of his game and I was fortunate enough to have been put in touch with him. From the beginning, Mr. Fisher was always assessable and being from out of state I was concerned that would be an issue and it was not. When I first explained my situation to Mr. Fisher and how the event took place he understood the unique circumstances and was willing to take on the case and I will forever be grateful he did. Mr. Fisher is a consummate professional and throughout the process was very clear with my options to achieve the best outcome. Mr. Fisher is the Top Gun in VA DUI law and there is no one better! OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY!!! TOP GUN!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Reckless driving conviction... gone!

I'm not usually one to leave such a public opinion about someone online, but in this case, I think Mr. Fisher has definitely earned this review. When I hired Mr. Fisher I made it very clear that I have a lot of anxiety and was nervous about the reckless driving charge that was brought against me. I m...ade it known that I only wanted him to represent me. He took time to answer every text message, return every phone call, and even blocked out time for me to meet with him at his office. He assured me that he would take care of this charge. He was well respected by everyone in the courtroom; researched law to help fight this case. However, in the end I was convicted with reckless driving, but he immediately told me not to give up. He continued to stay in touch which really helped reduce my anxiety. Mr. Fisher didn't waste any time researching case law for an appeal. He never gave up on my case. The day before my appeal he was several hours away with another case, but traveled back for my appeal... and drove several hours back for his other case after my appeal. He could have just sent someone else from his office, but he didn't. I respect that he showed up and was able to negotiate a plea deal for me. He always did what he said he would do. It's true that we had to overcome some obstacles along the way, but he was truly the best lawyer for me. I am blessed to have hired Mr. Fisher to represent me. He is the reason I was able to get my reckless driving conviction down to an improper driving and a mere $200 fine. His services were not cheap, but he did allow for a payment plan. & I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. Mr. Fisher earned every dime that was paid to him and I am further ahead, financially, by not having to worry about my car insurance going up or losing my career... thank you Mr. Fisher, I appreciate all you've done for me!!

Fantastic results!

I appeared in court - sans lawyer - for a reckless driving ticket (83/65). After my testimony failed to convince the judge, I paid the clerk and left. I ran into Mr. Fisher a few days later, and he asked how my case had turned out. It turns out he had seen me in court and heard some of the case, b...ut did not hear the judgment. I told him of my misfortune, and he told me that he thought he might be able to help, if I was willing to let him appeal my case. After I agreed, it was smooth sailing for me. I received a call from him a week or so later telling me when my next court date would be. I asked if we needed to meet first or if I should just rendezvous with him there, and he told me not to worry about doing either. So I didn't. The new court date was a month or so later, and by the time it came, I had honestly forgotten all about it. Fortunately my counsel was on top of things, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that afternoon informing me that it had all been taken care of. The charge had been reduced to improper equipment, and I needed to do nothing more than stop by the clerk's office to sign the paperwork and pay the reduced fine. No points were assessed against my license. I found the whole process of working with the Fisher Law Firm to be easy and pleasant. Mr. Fisher was friendly and competent, and put me at ease by taking charge of a situation that I couldn't handle on my own. I would both recommend his firm, and come back if the need arises.
