My co-defendant and I were each charged with 13 Counts or Criminal Mischief - Graffiti, one count of trespassing and one count of “possession of graffiti instruments” in the county of Queens New York. A traffic stop in nyc lead to my arrest because of a suspended lisc. After being arrested in booked I was search and caught with stuff. That prompted them to search my car, where they found my gun.
