I am beyond grateful for the hard work and tremendous effort of Jeremy and Crotty Saland PC. Despite the DA's opposition to our motion to seal my decades old criminal conviction, the Judge not only agreed that I was eligible for sealing over Prosecutors objections but he ultimately sealed my case af...ter we filed supplementary motions. The impact and benefit of this sealing is something I have been waiting for a long time and it would never have come to pass if not for Crotty Saland PC's dedication and persistence.

I retained Jeremy Saland and Crotty Saland PC one day before my DAT court appearance in NYC. My case was complicated because I was unable to appear in court. I am a foreign national, was in my country and my visa was revoked due to my arrest for criminal possession of marijuana. Mr. Saland was professional from the minute I met him. I explained to him that I was falsely arrested.
