A No-Nonsense Attorney Who Gets Results

DO NOT USE

You pay. They stop responding. Screams scam. I also got assigned Michael as my paralegal. It’s been two weeks since he emailed me and then I never heard back again. I suspect it may be a scam, but I’m not paying more to find out. Be careful.

You pay...they stop responding!

This has been the absolute WORST experience! They lack customer service once you have paid your money. I had a simple uncontested divorce that did not involve any children, assets or alimony and I am at the 6 month mark and STILL don't have my divorce completed. If you are assigned a staffer named Mi...chael, good luck! I started with them Oct 31st and had my documents filed at my local county office on Dec 23rd. It is now MAY and this company still has not filed my final affidavit papers with the courts (that will then take another 30 days) for the judge to sign off on. I have called and emailed them for the 3 months straight and NO ONE even replied to me until I had to find the contact number for The Gillespie Law Firm attorney Tristian Gillespie to get a callback...SMDH!! It doesn't take 4 months to email...EMAIL me a DocuSign affidavit to conclude to move my file to conclusion. #Stillwaiting

Very professional...

Was very attentive to me and my case and was able to get me a fair settlement in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely appreciated Mr. Gillespie dealing with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. Great experience overall.
