Best Attorney ever

I worked with David Kempston for over 15 years. He is extremely professional, kind, listens well, informs the client well so that you understand all the information. He always follows up and returns phone calls almost immediately. He fought hard for me and won my difficult case. I would encourage an...yone who has a Worker's Compensation issue, please get David Kempston. He is the best. A super Lawyer.

Rating my lawyer

Mr Kempston did an exceptional job! He was always on top of my case. Great lawyer, had everything he needed in front of him if we had to try the case. I would recommend him to anyone if someone was in need!

Attorney at Law David B. Kempston represented me in a workers compensation case. I had hired another attorney he did nothing for over a year. David got my case in less then a year he had settled my claim for more then I ever thought.He kept me posted every step of the way.I owe David more then money could pay.I had no idea how I was gunna make it through life financially with my ...disability.David he got me the piece of mind that I don't have to worry.David actually cares about his clients. My other expiriance the other lawyer he always made me feel as if I was bugging him.David encouraged me to call and always made you feel your the most important.
