Excellent professional service

I hired David because of his well respected reputation with his peers. He proved to be an excellent attorney. He always responds to questions immediately and explains things clearly. He does a great job. Very knowledgeable in workers' compensation law. I highly recommend him.

A gift from God

If it is possible for a person to give 10 stars to a lawyer I would be gladly to give it to Dave! He was very professional & as soon as I knew he was a Christian I had nothing to fear.,to be honest I don't have a lot of experience with lawyers and haven't trusted most of them. Some of them don't see...m to care about you which is not the case with Dave he actually cares about the people he represents he is a great asset and a great blessing to the law firm that he represents I cannot express how satisfied I am to find an upstanding lawyer as Dave

Awesome attorney

I hired David kempston about a year ago,he was very honest in telling me when I didn't and when I did need a attorney . He is super at getting back to you almost immediately and getting answers. its been a great around experience, I'd recommend David hands down .

Couldn't ask for a better lawyer

We first contacted Dave Kempston over 15 years ago for a worker compensation matter. He has represented us well and we are extremely satisfied with his services. His strength is the ability to explain the complicated workers compensation system so we could understand it. Also he is very personable, ...easy to communicate with and terrific response time to any questions. We highly recommend Mr Kempston for any workers compensation issues!
