Work Comp Lawyer

I had hired this lawyer due to a work injury I had at work. David was on top of things from day one. He had always kept me in the loop on all things from the get go. David would return your email usually within an hour if not sooner which to me is awesome. Overall a top notch lawyer. I would highly r...ecommend him. His firm is the best in my books.

Very thorough and competent!

I chose Dave Kempston to represent me in my work comp case. And I knew nothing about work comp or the laws surrounding it, but Dave and his team have been there every step of the way. He explains everything in great detail, and has made me feel very confident in my case. He responds to emails and pho...nes calls very quickly! He doesn't keep you guessing and tells you everything straight to the point. I strongly suggest Dave Kempston and his team.

As promised, David was a great guide through the worker's comp side of the world.

Honest and Straightforward

I hired Mr. Kempston for a workman's comp case when the insurance company stopped paying my medical bills. He got me paid the back-pay I was due and got all my medical bills paid by the insurance company, as well as a settlement for my injury. He was always very honest, straightforward, capable, an...d professional. He was also very good about keeping me informed and getting back to me in a timely manner whenever I needed to ask him something. He will definitely be my attorney should the need arise again.
