Thorough and prepared

I hired David Kempston for my work comp case after the work comp insurer denied any further medical treatment, which I still needed. He was thorough in preparing my case, quick to respond to questions and explain things so I understood what was happening with my case. The outcome of my hearing was po...sitive and I can now get the medical care I need, thanks to his help.

David Kempston gets things done !

I called David after repeatedly being denied for treatments by the work comp insurer. David took my case and immediately went to work on it and he won my case. I was recently denied the pain medication I needed to continue working, by the same insurer. I called David and again he immediately went to... work on it. David tried my case and won, the insurer appealed and we went to court and David won the appeal ! My case wasn't a big compensation case as some are but I needed those medications to work and have some quality of life to enjoy. David always answered my calls and emails. He fought for me in court and won every time, David is a excellent attorney and I'm grateful he was in corner !!

Great Lawyer

He is in my opinion a SUPER LAWYER !!! straight to the point and no bullshit. Always helpful , return phone calls in a timely matter and answer your questions. I would strongly recommend him to my friends.

The most important thing to me was that David would always answer any questions anytime of day. Things were explained to me so I could understand them. I would refer David to anyone that ever needed help like I did.
