Best Lawyer

david is a very kind and thoughtful lawyer. I have a hard time understanding sometimes, and that he did not mind .he is very patience, and dedicated to make sure you understand everything. I think he is the best.

10 out of 10 attorney

First call to David was when I was very injured and broken up pretty badly, He was very helpful explaining what I was about to go through with workers compensation as well as things to be aware of with my body . After awhile on the phone with my wife and I David informed us we'd know when it was time... to officially hire him , he was correct in that , a year and half later after walking out of a surgical consult i knew it was time so called and David agreed, I've never doubted my decision in hiring him, his very prompt phone call and email returns were actually surprising and a refreshing to see, his professionalism and knowledge of WC laws is unmatched in my opinion. I highly recommend you listen to his advice on a qrc and anything else he recommends to you.

Exceptional

Email and phone calls were always promptly returned. Dave would clearly explain what was going on in an easy to understand way. Not to mention the legal expertise to win me a settlement I was happy with.

Chuck eye loss claim

I highly recommend David if you have a workman's comp claim. He is a straight shooter and he know his stuff. He has a lot of years of experience and he will guide you through every step of the process keeping you informed along the way. My claim actually had 2 different settlements, the first part in...volved him fighting to keep my benefits of coverage that workman's comp was denying and no longer covering. He won that claim and I was awarded benefit coverage for life. The second part involved a settlement for perminent total disability. We settled out of court and I was very happy with the outcome achieved. His experience and knowledge prevailed. I would recommend David to anyone needing an attorney.
