So many times people only review or make comments that are Negative, especially when reviewing some in in a Professional Field of work. I have to say that I am not one of those people. I first met Dave Kempston when he was contacted by my wife after doing much research, for a Workers Comp Case where she was injured on the Job due to an assault. Dave's First Response was to find out how she was feeling, both physically and mentally and he wanted to make sure she was getting the Medical attention she needed. Once Dave knew how she was doing, he asked her what happened and how she wanted to pursue things to make sure she is treated fairly throughout the process, in every aspect of the case. Dave then asked to meet with her to discuss things and see if he can provide assistance to her. I went with her, as her husband, on this first and other visits with Dave as well, and I have to say the every step of the way Dave treated my wife and myself with the utmost respect and his concerns each time we met, or talked with him, were about how she was doing. Dave handled the case in the most professional way throughout the entire process, and we are very satisfied with the attention he paid to my Wife and all aspects of the case, including how well he kept us in the loop on what was happening and what to expect, every step of the way .
