I never wanted to hire a work comp lawyer!

I never thought I would EVER need a work comp lawyer! I am so grateful Mr. Kempston was there when I did need one! I did as much research as I could and his name kept coming up as a great lawyer everywhere I searched. So I went to see him. I am very grateful I did! His knowledge was immense an...d I he always said "just tell the truth". Honesty is one of his top qualities! He did his research and guided me through the whole process. We did not settle, we went to court, and won! He kept in contact through the whole thing, I was encouraged to call with ANY questions. If you want the best, he is the one to contact!!

Highly Recommend

Mr. Kempston and his staff were fantastic in every step of my case. Very professional, helpful and awesome communication! Would ALWAYS make time for my phone calls/emails when needed. He was very thorough on everything he did and made sure to explain things in ways I could understand! First ever expe...rience with an attorney and I couldn't be more happy! Work Comp

Won my case which wasn’t the original case started. Dave knew that switching some things around would be better. Helped me understand things that I have never done before when I asked. Made sure I knew what is important and what is not re my case. Sent encouraging email when I was feeling doubts. ...

Workers Comp Trouble

After a being denied my workers comp claim, I felt helpless and defeated. Luckily, I found Dave and my anxieties were put at ease. He made the whole litigation process simple and carefree. I can't thank him enough for getting me the settlement I needed.
