Dave is a wonderful person as well as lawyer he's very professional and cares about your situation. I'm so thankful for him because I've been through a lot. you know how you get some attorneys and they just don't really care about you as a person well I would recommend him to anyone.I wish I could gi...ve him more than a five star rating but I can't. But if you're looking for a caring,professional and on the job type lawyer he's your guy.

Work comp case

David Kempston is a great lawyer to have if you got hurt at work, not only does he do a great job but he listens to what's going on and fights for your case. He will always call you back the same day to answer your questions and talk with you. He is the lawyer to have. Highly recommend...

Workman’s comp case

I just want to thank David and Ellie (and admin staff) for all their support through this process. They explained things clearly and provided me with reassurance and information when it was needed most. The other company kept dragging out and attempting to avoid a settlement.
