Honest Attorney

I received David's number from a friend. When I reached out to him originally he didn't want to take my case cause there was no need as I was getting all my benefit's, I thought to myself that's odd, cause everything google says about hiring an attorney right away and as my workers comp situation co...ntinued and I had questions I would email or call and he would steer me in the right direction, then when things hit the fan with workers comp, he took on my case, and he walked me through everything. That's what I liked the most he wasn't trying to get me to sign anything or try and make money if he didn't need to, he waited until the time when things went bad when he new he could really help me the most, he knows his stuff, and he took care of everything for me, I couldn't be happier, I would recommend him to anyone that's dealing with a workers comp issue...

For hard times that we are having I'm not seeing anybody in person it was very successful for me to do it without that he was patient and he work with me was very nice I would use them again if I had to he resolved my issue

Great advice and help when needed.

David was there to answer all my questions that I needed. He was quick to respond to me at all times. When something needed to be handled he was quick to call the other party and get it resolved. I’d recommend David to anyone he was a great help from day 1 to 5 years later when we closed the case.

Best lawyer

David Kempston is awesome at what he does He is a really good lawyer. he explains things very well and in detail so I could understand. Every time I needed something I msged or called him he would get back to me right away. He is the nicest thanks Dave for everything! If you need work comp lawyer go ...to Dave don’t hesitate!

Excellent

I called David very overwhelmed and worried about my case. By the time we were off the phone I felt a lot better and had hope that someone will be able to help. He took care of everything and kept me informed on the process and what the near future had planned. Saying David is smart and good at his j...ob is an understatement. David is highly recommended by me.
