Happy customer

I felt that David Kempston understood my situation and did the best he could to rectify it. He answered my calls at a reasonable time. I would hire him again if I had to.

Awesome lawyer

I hired Dave Kempston as my work comp attorney, the initial consultation that I went to, Dave was very informative and easy to talk to he explained everything to me as it was going to happen. He was always prompt and getting me any information I needed and he always replied to all my emails and got ...back to me on any voicemails that I left. My case was complicated but Dave had everything in order he was amazing at the hearing and I won my case thanks to Dave Kempston.

Excellent representation

David Kempston was a great attorney for my work comp case . He was always on time with answering my questions and returning phone calls and emails . He is experienced in his field and knows how to do his job well.

Best professional experience given the unfortunate circumstances!

I found David on AVVO because I live in AZ and I needed a MN Attorney. He was professional, personable, patient in his dealings with me and extremely timely. I always received an immediate telephone or email response to all of my questions, and was made aware of the status of my case as things prog...ressed so that I knew exactly what was going on at all times. After careful consideration, David took my case and I felt confident that he was representing me, and the facts of my case, to the very highest standards. I met David for the first time in person, at Court in MN almost 1.5 years after I first reached out to him. He was always helping me to understand the workings of the judicial system and reminding me to be patient! The best lawyer in Twin City
