If You Are in Over Your Head with Workers' Compensation . . .

If you have been injured at work and are uncertain on how to navigate the complicated workers' compensation system, I strongly recommend calling David Kempston. I was clearly in over my head after receiving the first telephone call from my employer's workers' compensation insurance company. David was... very knowledgeable, and patiently guided me through the lengthy and often times overwhelming process. He responded in a very timely manner to all my telephone calls and emails, giving attention to every question or concern no matter how big or how small. The fair outcome of my case would not have been possible without that first desperate telephone call I made to David. I am very grateful for everything that he and his staff have done for me.

Best Lawyer Ever!!

I was in a head on collision at work which resulted in injury so it went to work comp. The work comp adjuster became impossible to work with (holding payments, not approving medical procedures, or paying medical bills). I did have an old injury that I’ve been treating for 10 years so it was complicat...ed. Mr Kempston was my attorney on that claim so I called him and explained what happened, he gave me a contact at the state and told me to try that first, I did and was told I needed an attorney. My stress and pain levels were absolutely horrible and was really at the end of my rope and when Mr Kempston took my case I just knew things would get better. He immediately went to work and was able to get me the medical procedure I needed but it didn’t end there, he recovered the wages I had been shorted and over the course of 2 years got me the second medical procedure I needed and eventually settled my case by taking a large loss himself to get me the best deal he could. I absolutely would’ve been lost in the system without Mr Kempston and his staff. Nothing will ever completely get rid of my pain but at least David Kempston was able to rid me of the massive amount of stress I was under and that in itself is worth more money than anyone could ever pay me.

Great Service highly recommend

Mr. Kempston did a marvelous job both with all the legal side and with referrals toward medical professionals as to my injury. He kept me I. The loop, and had great personalable skills. Definitely recommend him for anyone.
