OUTSTANDING!

David is an Amazing lawyer. He is a lawyer who you believe works 27/7 as his responses are immediate whether it morning, noon or night. He makes you feel like you are not just another client as he puts his full effort toward your case. He has definitely been a Godsend not only through his work but ...his recommendation of a QRC who definitely helped this process. I cannot imaging working with anyone else, and I cannot give him a high enough rating.

Worker's compensation injury

David was extremely helpful with explaining the worker's comp process. He was cordial, kind and supportive during our initial meeting and throughout the lengthy process. He always responded quickly to questions or concerns. He has a thorough understanding and without his expertise I would not have ga...ined a satisfactory outcome. I would recommend David without hesitation to anyone struggling with a worker's comp injury. My only regret was not contacting David earlier in the process. He's outstanding!!

Simply amazing

I hired David for a workers compensation claim. This was the first time I had ever needed a lawyer and upon our first conversation I could tell he was honest and caring. He took the time to walk through every step. He was extremely professional and was right there when you had a question. Thank... you.

David Kempston is a wonderful attorney!

David is a very honorable and trustworthy attorney who has kept us very well informed throughout a difficult time. He is very straight forward and extremely helpful and quick acting. We really can't say enough good things about David and would highly recommend him. Thanks for everything David!

Workmans comp
