Work Comps

Mr. David Kempston is very helpful, attentive, and friendly. He is a great helper to my mom's workers comp. claim. He answered all our question and is always quick with his responses. We are very happy and please with his service and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Great help

David was wonderful in keeping in touch with me. Any questions I ever have, have been answered within hours of me emailing him. David has always been great about making sure I understand what is going on and explaining every step of the work comp process. My case started just about three years, and I... hired David roughly two years ago. He has made sure my medical bills were taken care of and that the company was held liable to be in time with payments. He did a good job with making sure that the process of going through court was as smooth as possible. Overall, I have been extremely happy with David!

Amazing lawyer

David has done a outstanding job he has been my lawyer for quite a while. He is prompt efficient a well organized lawyer and most importantly he cares about you. If you need a good lawyer he's your guy. God bless you David

Above and Beyond

I had been injured on the job and wasn't receiving good advice from my work. I was struggling to get the care I need and to get my job to pay my medical bills after a certain point. David went above and beyond for me. He helped me step by step through the entire process, and we won our case. Thanks t...o David I now have a care plan in place so I can begin in the right direction to healing. David has got to be the most genuine, sincere person I have met and I would recommend him a thousand times over. Thank you so much for all your help!!
