Excellent customer care service

Dave Kempston was on top of my case all the way. He was very attentive and made me feel like I wasn't alone. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I emailed after hours to ask a question. I did not expect an answer until the next business day but all of a sudden I had a email it was from Dave it... was an answer to my question. This is the way it was the whole way throughout my case. Amazing customer care service. The whole team is amazing. But if you looking for a great workers Compensation attorney Dave Kempston is outstanding!!!!!

Due Diligent Dave

David Kempston was referred to me by a friend that had hired him. After consulting with David, I hired him. David is very straightforward and very honest! He is very informative and walks you through every step of the process. I recently settled my claim and am very happy with the outcome! You w...ould be a fool not to hire him for your workers compensation claim!

Very satisfied

David was very thorough and always kept me informed on how the case was progressing,and he always got back to me within a few minutes if i had a question. He was referred to me as one of the best in the twin cities. and from my experience that is definitely the case.

David is phenomenal

I would highly recommend David Kempston to friends, family or any one in need of a workers compensation lawyer. When I first met David I did not have a QRC and was unaware of how to go about my case. David was able to refer me to a wonderful QRC that had my best interest at heart which I will foreve...r be grateful for. David was fantastic about explaining all options and educating me on how to move forward. If I had any questions or concerns I would either send him an email or call and he always got back to me usually faster than I had anticipated, which made me feel like My case was a top priority. As of today my Workmen’s Comp. case has been officially closed and I am so grateful to have had such a positive experience while working with David and his team. If you are in need of a workmans compensation attorney David Kemp’s is your man! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to my case!
