Excellent!

I was completely lost and had no idea what to do. The insurance company was not paying or underpaying and there was nothing I could do about it. When I contacted Dave, he explained what and why the insurance company was doing and would continue to do. He explained and guided me through the entire ...ordeal to the point that all I had to do was get better and back to work. I would recommend him to anyone.

THE Best Lawyer!!!

So happy I chose David Kempston to help me with my workman’s comp case. He took on my dueling insurance companies who were refusing to pay my claim and won! Attentive, Experienced, & Gets the Job Done!

I hired David to represent me in my work comp claim after the insurance company stopped paying my benefits and stopped communicating with me. This all happened shorty after a TBI work injury. I was unaware of my rights, how to move forward in the legal process to secure benefits owed, and how to ma...nage doing so when my work injury made day-to-day tasks extraordinarily difficult. David made this process exceptionally easy for me explaining to me my rights, next steps, addressing all questions and concerns promptly, and doing all the legal leg-work so my time could be spent where it needed to be - on my recovery work for my injury. A lifesaver when you need him!

We needed help on a last-minute call from a denial on an insurance claim and he was able to help us through some of the toughest situations. He always reinsured us that it was all gonna work out and it did. I would recommend him to anyone.
