DUI

Mr. Winters went beyond my expectations during this case and luckily was able to get my dui reduced. Unfortunately I had been driving with open container, speeding, wreckless driving, and even had an expired license. I was in a big hole but Mr Winters still made sure to do his best to dig me out of i...t as much as he could. In fact, Mr winters had everything dropped from my case and was left with just a dui. Because of my status immigration status in the US and being on daca I had to settle for an alternative. Being on daca, Mr winters went out of his way to get the absolute best case scenario for me and I can not thank him enough for what he did to protect me from a risk of deportation. During court Mr. Winters was very professional and did an outstanding job mentioning to the judge things that would benefit my case the most. Being out of state and this being my first dui Mr. Winters made sure I was worry free throughout the process and was very detailed on what to expect in court as well as what was to come. Furthermore, Mr. Winters was a friend throughout the case and made it obvious he truly cares for you. Mr. Winters will fight for your case as if it was him in your shoes and I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side during this case. If there are any doubts on who you should hire go ahead and save yourself the trouble of looking anywhere else and I promise you it will leave you feeling like you did the best decision after the worst possible one. 5 stars does not do it justice thank you so much Mr. Winters.

Best out there

I got a serious traffic ticket that would have suspended my license. But Gabe kept it completely off my record. Not only that, but he made me feel better about the whole situation immediately after I contacted him about it. This situation couldn’t have gone better than it did thanks to Gabe!

DUI case

Gabe was absolutely great he handled everything very quickly I was accused of a dui an He did everything right I only had to meet with him one time an he did the rest! Very stress free an extremely professional in handling everything! I would recommend 10/10!!

Client of Mr. Winters, phenomenal outcome

Mr. Winters' representation was exceptional. I was facing approximately 13 years of imprisonment and he as able to get it reduced to 2 years' probation, no jail time. He was able to accomplish this by arguing valid points of law and by delving into the minute details of my case. I truly believe had I... gone with another attorney the outcome would not have been as favorable. I believe the sentence was given was fair and that is what Mr. Winters fought for, fairness in all aspects. He was honest about the possible outcomes, played out every scenario, did not lead me to a decision but painted a clear picture of my options. I will forever consider Mr. Winters my attorney and would recommend him to any and all that are in need of a reputable, upstanding attorney.

What makes Gabriel Winters a cut above the rest? You can look at his reviews and identify that Gabe is a great lawyer but when working with him in person, I witnessed perfection! Gabe adjust quickly under abrupt circumstances, he challenges motions to ensure best outcomes for your case, he presents... case law to support motions and evidence on your behalf. I believe what differentiates Gabe from his peers is that he actively listens to his clients! He trust in his ability to defend and prove your innocence! He humanizes you in private and in court never treating you as accused! If you want to win I would hire Mr. WINters!
