BEST LAWYER EVER!

Mr. Winters might be the best lawyer ever. He got my DUI dropped down to a wreck less driving. If you only knew the story you would know how amazing it was. He is cheap. He is aggressive. He will keep your ass out of jail! Big props and even bigger praise to my friend and lawyer Gabe Winters!

I was DEFINITELY in a “pickle”. My wife hired Mr. Winters after many calls to various attorneys, many free consultations over multiple counties , and after reviewing various information sources via the web. During a time of uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing delays in the court system,... and so many “unknowns”, Mr. Winters came through! He walked me through the process, treated my wife and I with much respect, maintained a professional attitude and YES, he “delivered”! He was patient with us amidst much pressure and GOT ME OUT OF JAIL in a tight and almost impossible situation. MANY thanks to you Gabe!

Excellent help during a difficult time in my life

Working with Gabe was a pleasure, amazing communication even during a pandemic. He was extremely helping in getting my dui dropped to reckless, as well as getting two other tickets thrown out. This was a huge help for my record, and personal life. I would highly recommend Gabe as he will do everythin...g that he can to get you the best deal possible.

DUI attorney

Gabriel Winters is a great attorney. He was available during the pandemic while it was hard to find someone. Very professional and let me tell you he was on top of my case contacting me every step of the way. I have trouble understanding what is needed from me with all the different forms and bureauc...ratic levels involved with multiple DUI’s. Gabriel was able to break it down for me and tell me exactly what the next step was. I would give 6 stars if I could

Dismissed !

i was worried i would lose my job if convicted of dui and even if it would have been reduced to reckless driving. gabe thoroughly went thru my case during our first sit down consultation. he didn't rush me or cut me off. i honestly knew i had hired someone that cares. his recommendations & negoti...ations proved invaluable come trial date with dui case dismissed with speeding fines reduced to time served. the personal bond he created with me definitely put me at ease through the whole process. my thanks to God for Leading me to gabriel winters & thank you gabe for a fine job!
