mr winter has been the best lawyer i hired. he took time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. he is very prompt in answering any questions you have for him and will respond back with you with a answer very fast . i had 3 dui with in 3 month in 2016 and he was able to get 2 dui reduced to ...recklous drving and the 3d dui dropped. so now i have no dui's on my record now. he had me do a list of thing to do before going to court witch helped me get get no dui's on my record. i was looking at jail time and license suspended for 5 years but thanks to his advice i dont have to go to jail and i got to keep my license. trust me he knows what he is doing and he will fight for you to get what you paid for you will not be disapointed. the money you spend for his service is well worth it and a great investment if you dont want any dui on your record. i promise.i bet my life on it. i would recomend him to anyone who has a dui charge to hire him.. he is very nice and helpfull to answering any questions and he gives great advice. and make you feel good with his comfort advice so you dont worry or stress your self. he really wants to help with your case. so please anyone that has a dui give him a call you will not regreat it he is an awsome lawyer that will fight for you . i bet my life on it. you will not be disapointed. i will defentley call him up again and keep him as my lawyer. im glad to have found him on avvo. i give im a 10 on my rating list

I called Mr Winters the day after being involved in a hit and run. I was really nervous about the entire thing as I haven't ever been involved with the law besides regular traffic incidents. I first met Mr winters at the police station were I had to turn myself in. He made the whole process about as ...good as it could be, advising me what to do before, and what would happen while I was there. From there Mr Winters handled the whole case and kept me abreast of what he needed from me. He was able to get my Hit and Run charge reduced to a Failure to maintain and a very small fine. He saved my license from being suspended or worse. This means the world to me because I drive a lot for work. I'd definitely use him again and would refer him to anyone I know thats in need of a good attorney.

I hired Mr. Winters as my attorney for a DUI case. He was amazing! He went above and beyond and got my charge reduced to reckless driving. I will not have a DUI on my record but instead a lesser offense of reckless driving which is very helpful in respect to society! I could not have asked for a bett...er outcome or a better attorney! I hired Mr. Winters after I got a dui. He told me about the 10 day period You have to send In a request to keep your license. He took care of that for me and I had no problems. Also gave me a to do list that would help me down the road. I did all the things he told me to and gave them to him to tak...e to court. Therre he did a wonderful job of getting my dui reduced to reckless driving even though I blew a .18. Like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. I am eternally grateful to him as I did not have to do jail time , get a limited license or have to see a probation officer. I would recommend Mr Winter to anyone I ever hear of getting a dui. For starters, I have never hired an attorney before. So I didn't even know where to start. But I tried and tried and finally I settled on having Mr. Winters represent me.
