Gabe is absolutely amazing!!!

I received a DUI charge back in August. This was traumatic for both me and my family. Gabe worked diligently and not only got my DUI reduced to reckless driving all other citations were dropped. This meant more to us than I can express as a DUI conviction would’ve taken away my ability to provide for... my family!! Thank you Gabe!! God Bless You.

Mr. Winters as a lawyer

I believe Mr. Winters went above and beyond with everything He was very avaliable with any questions I ever had. He was very up front and didn't promise anything he wasn't confident he couldn't deliver He ended up taking my 120+ in a 65 and my reckless driving and getting it reduced down to a 15 ...over not reportable offense. I'd recommend him time and time again. Incredibly professional and excellent at what he does.

Serious Felony Reduced to Probation

Mr. Winters told me he would fight for me 100% and he did just that. I was charged with Aggravated Assault with a gun and I was facing prison time even with the plea offer from the prosecutor. Gabe fought for me to get straight probation and won. I can not thank him enough for guiding me and my famil...y through this process. Gabe Winters became more than just an attorney to my family and I, he became a good friend. I would recommend Mr. Gabe Winters 10/10 times for any case. Thank you again Gabe for my 2nd chance in life.

DUI REDUCTION

Mr. Winters was able to have my felony DUI charge reduced to misdemeanor reckless driving. I am very grateful that Mr. Winters was able to look at the facts and see that I was wrongfully charged. Mr. Winters is professional and diligent. Mr. Winters is knowledgeable and did everything in his power to... help me in my situation. Definitely consider Mr. Winters if you’re in a similar position as me, he will not let you down.

DUI + charge

I was charged with DUI/reckless/failure to maintain lane in muscogee county. Gabe absolutely crushed it for me getting it reduced to just a reckless charge. Cases vary of course but he was able to help me not get probation or anything else outside of pleading down to reckless and the ticket fees asso...ciated. I couldn’t speak highly enough of our professional yet candid relationship throughout the entire process. He was thorough and flexible with my schedule, extremely knowledgeable about the counties all over Georgia and their judges, and an overall enjoyable person to work with through this process. 10/10 would recommend his service to anyone I know or is reading what I’m capable of writing as an army soldier and helicopter pilot
