Unreal results

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of hiring this man. The entire process was precise, direct, and effortless on my end. For years I went around thinking because of a silly mistake years ago I could never own a firearm again. Mr Winters was able to get my desired result in less than 90 days ...and at a very reasonable rate. Exceptional Service from Gabriel Winters

Mr. Winters has been the most exceptional lawyer and guide during my entire process. He immediately reached out to me after my request and maintained the highest level of communication imagineable. He instilled deep confidence and had complete control of the situation from beginning to end. M...y situation regarded extremely time sensative material and he was able to successfully manage my case beyond my wildest dreams. I was so glad to have Gabe by my side..

As a working mom i was terrified when i made a huge mistake..Gabe saved my license and got my second DUI reduced to wreckless driving..thank you so much:)

DUI to reckless driving

Mr. Winters was extremely helpful from start to finish. Right off the bat he assuaged my concerns. He was always available if I had questions or I received some new notification I needed to consult him on. When the day of the court hearing came he took care of everything for me and really made the pr...ocess smoother, including getting my charges reduced from DUI to reckless driving, only resulting in a fine.

Consummate Professional

As typical for not showing proper respect to police officers, I was written a citation a citation for "disorderly conduct" and the off ice in charge, who inappropriately drew and pointed his gun at me, assured me that I would be charged the highline and penalties associated with usually bogus charge.... From the first conversation, my attorney, Mr. Gabe Williams assured me the the charge was little more than a nuisance. Though the abusive treatment i received by Lumpkin County Sherriff's deputies rattled me a good bit, Mr. Williams explain the polices' misunderstand and rush to poor judgement to the DA and Prosecutor. Some 20 minutes following the time slated for my arraignment, Mr. Williams called me to say the case had be been dismissed. This young man knows his business, that is, the law in your area. He also knows whom to talk to and how to frame truthfully and normally the erroneous and disingenuous details that a cop may put in a report. I hope I never receive another "nuisance" charge from over zealous police, but if i do, Attorney Gabe Williams will be the first person I call. He is a young man who REALLY knows how law enforcement games are played.
