2nd DUI reduced

Gabe is the best attorney you could ask for. Although I had one previous DUI reduced to reckless in the past, he managed to get the second one reduced as well and it was more than what I had hoped for. Do EVERYTHING he tells you to do and you’ll be okay.

A Great Attorney

Mr. Gabe Winters was my attorney to defend me on 2 charges, one being DUI and the other being driving reckless. None of them had enough evidence to convict me, because I don't drink alcohol and I drive very carefully. However, as I am a truck driver, I cannot have any negative records on my CDL. M...r. Winters was wonderful throughout my case, including negotiating with the prosecutor in court. My 02 charges fell and I only had to pay a fine referring to the agreement signed between the parties. For me, this was fantastic, as only a professional driver knows the weight of a DUI conviction. That would have been terrible for me. If I didn't have a great lawyer, I could be in a much more complicated situation today. Thank you very much Mr. Gabe Winters for all your attention.

The Best Ever

Gabriel is an excellent lawyer. He consulted with me over my case and went through everything I needed to get done and talk and stayed in contact with me through the whole case. Worked with me on payments and got my case knocked down from d.u.I to reckless driving.

The Best Lawyer Ever!!

Gabe Winters did such magnificent work on my daughter's case; we were truly blessed to have had him as our lawyer!! Not only did he give her homework (DUI school, community service) that she needed to complete before her court date to improve her chances of a good outcome, but he guided us through i...t all, step by step with what to expect. He was very kind to my daughter and non-judgmental, and very professional. He helped calm our nerves and was honest about what could happen if the case did not go in my daughter's favor. But he gave us hope which was what we needed to help get us through this ordeal. He was able to get her DUI reduced to reckless driving which to me was a miracle in itself! We are so grateful to Mr. Winters- he was there for us and with us all the way- speaking with the judge and police officer on my daughter's behalf- asking for leniency. We could not have done this without him. My daughter has learned a great lesson through all this, and knows just how lucky she is to have been given a second chance - thanks to Gabe Winters and his expertise!! We couldn't have chosen a better lawyer- he was truly amazing!

The greatest choice I could've made.

Words cant really describe the professionalism and genuine character of attorney Gabriel Winters. He is the type of person who really cares about the well being of his clients. He fought my case thoroughly and got my Dui dropped down to reckless driving with ease. He also negotiated my case to where ...I didn't have to do community service. He kept me informed about every court appearance and the possible outcomes of the process. It was never a problem getting into contact with him as he was always one call away. If you hire this man, not only will get a person who doesn't see you as just a pay check, but a person who will go to no ends to make sure you have the best possible outcome. This was my first offense and I did inquire about other lawyers prior to calling him, but I can truly say this was a walking blessing in a two-piece suit. He is extremely thorough and caring. In one instance, I had a court hearing he was unable to attend, but he sent a representative in his place that seemed to care about me as much as he did. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the outcome of the case, his professionalism, or his kind heart. If I ever have any driving violations in the future there is no need to call someone else. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entirety of this case and is an overall good brother. I cannot express that enough. He is absolutely the best.
