DUI dispute

I was pulled over by the Sheriffs dept. for crossing the center line and speeding. The Sheriff gave me an roadside DUI test .He said he was not sure and called for a backup. The second one run me through the whole test again, and called for a third a Police that was the expert. He ran me thru everyt...hing again and arrested me for DUI. I called Mr. Winter's and explained everything. He he said he would help me. The court date he asked for an extension for the blood test was not back from the lab and set a new date. on the second date the test was still not back and Mr. Winter's would be notified when it was. Mr. Winters talked to the Solicitor and he wanted jail time and that was it. the lab test did not come back for a few more months it was negative. and a new court date would be set. waiting on it the case was dismissed. I really appreciate all that Mr. Winter's has done for me in this matter. And if I need an attorney he will be my first call.

Professionalism at its finest!

I found myself in a very tough position a few years ago . I won’t go into details of what it was , but I was facing many years in jail . Atty Winters took on my case without hesitation and negotiated a masterful deal that got me out of this situation. Not to mention at a fraction of the cost that oth...er attys would have charged me . Working with him help me realize that there are people that care about you and will take the time to know you other then just family . I consider him not just my attorney….. but a friend . Thank you very much Atty. Winters . Please remain the atty you are , we desperately need more like you .

Great Attorney, highly recommend!

I hired Gabe Winters and he did an excellent job throughout the entire process, which took over a year and a half. He always returned my phone calls and texts promptly and kept me well informed of my case. His integrity and professionalism is second to none. You can tell he really does care about ...his clients on a personal level and getting them the best possible outcome, no matter how much time and work is involved. Besides that, he's just a genuinely nice, kind person which put me at ease through a stressful time in my life. I was very concerned about my probation being revoked when I caught new charges, but Mr. Winters talked to my probation officer and smoothed everything over. Result: no revocation! He also got me the best possible outcome with my current charges. Very pleased. If you want an attentive attorney with integrity and a master negotiator, hire this man, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Gabe!

Worth the money

Gabe Winters is a great guy. He actually showed up to jail to meet with me over a wreckless driving charge. To complicate things I was only probation. I ended up getting 2 speeding tickets and a wreckless driving charge. He got the wreckless dropped and resulted in one 14 mph over. This was a 141 spe...eding ticket. He also helped to push for a hearing to get me off probation. He was successful and has given me a new opportunity to do the right thing.

Robert Snow, falsely accused

I was falsely accused of driving under the influence of marijuana. I am a truck driver and spend many hours a day behind the wheel. My entire arrest was based on the fact that my eyes where red. It cost me my job and several thousand dollars. Gabe Winters took my case with the most confidence that it... was a complete miscarriage of justice. He was always available and very good at communicating and keeping me up to date on my case. End result was complete dismissal! Gabe is worth every penny and probably one of the best attorneys I have had at my side!
