Second DUI

I hired Mr. Winters to help me when I was arrested for my second DUI. I was upset with the circumstances surrounding the arrest and was worried that I wouldn't be able to drive. Due to some issues with the police - Mr. Winters got my DUI reduced to a city ordinance which required only a fine and no l...icense suspension. If you're in trouble you can rely on Mr. Winters to get the best outcome possible.

Great Lawyer!

Gabriel is very professional, knowledgeable in all aspects, patient and very Convincing in a kind way yet still demanding which is needed in a court room. He made me feel at ease the entire process, he told me facts about my case that I may not like But also a way to make my negative facts a positive.... He's informative and very thorough. I definitely recommend ANYone to hire Gabriel Winters!! He's my new on call "If needed" attorney.

Would recommend to anyone.

I hired a Gabe for a court case about a year ago. He was on point with how he handled my case, punctual and knowledgeable. He got my my desired case out come and I will not be looking for another attorney in the future. Gabe is my one stop shop for all of my legal matters.

2nd DUI Case

Mr. Winters is currently my attorney for a 2nd DUI in 7 years. I hired him late in the game, and he has his work cut out for him. He has done remarkably well in a very short amount of time. Really has that WOW! factor. Very intelligent in his field and in general. Very professional and easy too talk ...to. If there was way to add 6 out of 5 stars on this app I definitely would. He is looking through every space and crevice of my case to make sure he doesn't miss anything! So based on his all around client friendly attitude, respect, and awesome work ethic. I give him 6 thumbs up. I would and will recommend Mr. Gabriel Winters to everyone.
