Gabriel Frederick Winters

I hired Mr. Winters to be my attorney when I got arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Not only was his price really fair but he pushed the case back for me multiple times and did exactly what I hired him to do. Got me into the pre-trial diversion program. Hopefully this is the ...only time I need his assistance but if I ever need another lawyer or I know anyone needing representation he will be the only lawyer I recommend.

To say the least, Mr.Winters is a great lawyer! I had to go to court for a Super speeding ticket which would automatically result in an automatic suspension of my license for 6 months considering my age. I was recently charged with drag racing which is an offense that automatically suspends your license for 6 months. Gabriel worked hard on my case and got my charges reduced to reckless driving and I ended up coming out with 24 hrs jail time and 2 months probation.
