Couldn't be happier...thanks to Mr. Winters

I am very happy with the legal services of Mr. Gabe Winters. He got two of my tickets dropped and the one I did have to pay for, it was a nominal fee. Not only that, but he made me feel like my case was important to him. He reminded me of my court date a couple of times and made sure that I received ...the best plea deal possible. He also made me feel very much at ease with the legal issues I was dealing with, like I wasn't alone in the proceedings. DUI reduced

When I first got arrested for an underage DUI, I was terrified and had no idea what to do. My whole future was on the line. Mr. Winters made me feel tremendously better from the start, explaining in detail what was going to happen and the steps I needed to take. He was available to answer any questio...ns I had at all times. Mr. Winters got my DUI got reduced to reckless driving, and I couldn't be more thankful for all of his help through this. He literally saved my future and career and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Saved my job

Charged with DUI. The first time i spoke with Gabriel, he was very down to earth and explained what I was about to go through. My first court appearance he pushed back so we could navigate through details. We kept in touch so that at the trial we both knew the steps he was taking. I watched, wait...ing in the courtroom for about an hour, Gabriel talking and negotiating with the prosecutor on my behalf. He came through big time and mitigated my charges to failure to use due care with the speeding charges dropped. I owe him my career and future. Thank you again.

Excellent Results

Gabe saved my life. I was facing my second DUI and I was terrified. Gabe was able to accomplish the following: no license suspension, no jail time, 2 charges dismissed and the other reduced to reckless driving, 2 classes to complete, fine to pay and probation termination upon completion of terms. Gab...e was extremely nice, accessible, understanding and professional. I'm never going to need him again for a DUI but if you do..you won't be disappointed.

Speeding Ticket

I called Gabriel Winters after I got a speeding ticket. Even though my case was probably smaller than the usual cases he works on, he was very attentive and responsive to my questions. He made the process very easy to understand, but most importantly, he delivered results. Gabe is an awesome attorney...!! Thanks so much, Gabe!!
