NOT GUILTY OF DUI AFTER JURY TRIAL!!!!!!

I started this process unsure of the outcome. Mr. Winters took away the uncertainty. He was really amazing in court! Leading up to the court date, he met with me and we went over everything that I should expect. The end result was a unanimous NOT Guilty! His closing arguments "chefs kiss!". He rea...lly hit it out of the park. I have a career that a DUI would affect tremendously and Im so thankful for everything he did for me. Hopefully I'm never in a situation like this again, but I know exactly who to call if I am.

Peace in the storm

I had two misdemeanor and felony possession of narcotic. I fell asleep in my truck in a neighborhood in front of my uncles house, when I was awoke up by police and they searched me at 8:30 am. Gabe knew I was going through a difficult time in life with my ex and my children. He told me “don’t worry ...about this, I am going to make it disappear even if…just worry about your children,” and he did. The crime lab didn’t test the tiny amount of substance and the misdemeanors passed statute of limitations! Never went to court. There was something in Gabe’s voice that gave me absolute faith. So I didn’t worry about it. He’s good, his reviews speak for themselves. I don’t know how he does it but he does. He even went to court with me to turn down drug court. He didn’t have to go! That was the last time I saw him. He’s a good MAN and an outstanding LAWYER! Thank you again Mr. Winters!
