Best lawyer I could've hired

Mr. Winters was very helpful in my case! He managed to get my felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor and I was out of court in 45 minutes! I could not have asked for a better attorney, he did more than I thought was possible and saved my dreams in the process. If I could give a higher rating I certai...nly would!

DUI

Mr. Winters is a great and reliable attorney. I was impressed by his expertise. My son was facing a DUI in Trenton, Georgia, Mr. Winters got the charges reduced to Reckless Driving. My son only had to pay a fine. Mr. Winters was very professional and patient. He handled my son’s case with profession...alism and achieved an outstanding result. He was available to answer any questions or concerns and addressed all of my questions and doubts from the beginning. We are extremely grateful . He cares about his clients and fights for you. He is an ethical, honest and knowledgeable attorney.

A successful, stress-free process

I want to first thank Mr. Winters for such a stress-free process. Walking me through the proceedings as well as guaranteeing a positive outcome was paramount to my mental health. Never had I thought that a lawyer would be willing to call me at all times of the day to explain concepts as well as requi...rements to have this issue taken care of. He was super successful in getting this done before I moved out of state, and negotiated terms that spoke to my character, highlighting his ability to connect with me as not only a client, but as a person. I’m extremely grateful for Mr Winters for getting me out of this situation and would recommend him 11 times out of 10

Better than I could have ever hoped for

I contacted the law firm doubtful and worried of my case. I researched many firms local to the Gwinnett county area and this was the best reviewed site I found. I was represented by Mr. Winters and I can’t be more satisfied with the results. I have a heavy commute to work and I have a mobile mechanic... business so having my license is imperative to me. He was able to get my DUI charge reduced to reckless driving and NO JAIL TIME. I barely served any jail time when I was arrested so that was a surprise as well that he was able to do that for me. He kept me informed on the status of my case and represented me with confidence to take my case to trial if I was not offered a plea deal worth taking. He changed my situation from fighting a criminal charge and license suspension to a driving infraction and probation and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Mr. Winters

THE BEST LAWYER

Gabe was an exceptional lawyer. He was very professional and made sure I was up to date with any and everything regarding my case. In addition, he was very attentive for all court proceedings and if we didn’t get the best outcome we wanted he took another route. Although it took some time, I was ext...remely happy with the result of my case. He is very good at what he does and he has your best interest at heart. Gabe definitely exceeded my expectations by getting all my charges dropped & helping me keep a clear record at a young age. I can’t thank him enough throughout this entire process.
