If I could give 10 stars I would !

I was charged with a DUI with 1.17 BAC and got it reduced to reckless driving charge. If you’re charged with a DUI with high BAC, please don’t give up !! He will go above and beyond to get your charge(s) reduced. Gabriel saved my life… thank you so much !

Great work!

Incredibly impressed, I had a serious traffic citation and he was able to get me out with a small fine and a defensive driving class. He made this whole process smooth and I couldn't be more thankful for him.

Highly Recommended

Gabriel winters worked with my father and I on a criminal case involving 2 tractor trailors. My father was driving one of the tractor trailors and the other cut him off which caused an acccident causing the death of the 2 drivers in the other truck. The state accused my father of following too closel...y and with 2 counts of 2nd degree manslaughter. It was a long process lasting over 2 years but Gabriel Winters helped us every step of the way. Whether it was attending countless court hearings on our behalf, answering our questions and concerns, or helping us build a solid defense, he was always available and patient with us. The prosecutor was tough during the trial and we were worried of what the outcome would be during the first day, but when we had a chance to present our defense on the 2nd day of the trial, the tables quickly turned. Gabriel was able to turn the testimony of most of their witnesses against them by highlighting key points that proved our case. His closing argument was strong and convincing . Within a short time, the jury came back with a not guilty verdict. Thanks to Gabriel, my father can now rest a little easier and the future looks bright.

5 stars are not enough

Five. Stars it’s not enough for the performance of Gabriel Winters.. I was charged with 2 counts of vehicular homicide and following to close. The prosecutor was very thorough but when Gabriel Winters took up the defense, he took apart his entire case. He was entirely in control. His closing... statement was brilliant and very concise and won me a not guilty verdict on all charges. I will say he was the answer to our prayers. Thank you Mr. Winters. Our entire family is in your debt.

Best DUI Lawyer

Mr. Winters definitely is the best when it come to handling DUI cases he was able to get my cases dismissed from the courts and reduced to wreck less driving. He returned every call from the moment I hired him and make me feel comfortable Every moment of my situations. I really appreciated him being... early to court as well.
