Best in the business!!

I was in a car accident, and the vehicle I was I was driving had no insurance on it. After reaching out to Mr Winters he assisted me in court and was able to get the ticket dismissed completely. I had an issue with my court date and had to get it rescheduled, Gabe handled all of this for me without a...ny hesitation. Through the whole process he continued to reach out and keep me updated. I hope I never need another lawyer but if I do I will definitely be reaching or to Mr winters with no hesitation! Thank you for everything and keeping my driving record clean!

Excellent Attorney, exceeded expectations!

I hired Gabriel Winters to represent me for a DUI charge. The charge was reduced to Reckless Driving. At the first hearing the Court Solicitor would not reduce the charge of DUI and Mr. Winters recommended transferring the case to another court as this was an option available. Mr. Winters transfer...red the case and filed a list of very impressive motions on my behalf. The date for my hearing came up on the calendar and when I arrived that morning Mr. Winters had already spoken to the Solicitor on my behalf and informed me that it was agreeable to reduce the charge to Reckless Driving; yet, the court was backlogged and the Solicitor wanted to reschedule my case. We rescheduled the date and again upon arriving at court Mr. Winters had the formal agreement for the Reckless Driving charge from the Solicitor ready for me to sign. The agreement required probation until my community service hours, fine and other requirements were met; yet, once the conditions were met I would be released from probation. I had to meet with the probation office following the court hearing and Mr. Winters stayed and attended this meeting with me in order to ensure the probation office had all the right information. No other attorney stayed with their client for this and the probation office representative mentioned how appreciative she was Mr. Winters has stayed as there were often discrepancies and without the attorney they were difficult to solve. The outcome of this case was the best I could ask for and I believe Mr. Winters knowledge of the law and court system was the reason. Mr. Winters was extremely professional, considerate of my situation, prompt to respond and kept me informed of every detail. Mr. Winters even sent me texts to remind me of court dates. I would highly recommend Mr. Winters!

Mr. Winters is a Great Attorney to have in your Corner!!!

I found myself in a tough spot and reached out to Mr. Winters for legal representation. Throughout the length of the case (over 2 years), Mr. Winters was always available to me, always showed up when necessary and always reminded me of my court dates. Very prompt and professional

We found ourselves needing legal advise and representation for our daughter within less than 24 hrs. Mr. Winters was able to give us information quickly and meet with us the next day in court. It was that really important for me to understand what was going on and the implications of what our daugh...ter was facing going through this process which he explained. Even with the extremely short notice he had, he was able to have her case dismissed. We have peace of mind and our daughter has learned a very valuable life lesson. I'm truly grateful for his promptness and professionalism. I would and already have recommended Mr. Winters to others.

Top rated Attorney!

My daughter had court for possession and the day before court I was scrambling to find a lawyer. Mr Winters spoke with me that afternoon and was there for my daughter the next day!! His professionalism is unmatched. Not only did he take the case with less than 24 hours before court, he was able to ha...ve the charges dismissed! This meant the world to our family and my daughter.
