Lost but Found, and 3 DUI's

I hired Mr. Winters after receiving a DUI in Oct. 2023, after already being on probation for alcohol-related boating charges from earlier that summer. He was very straightforward in the way he handled the case, and worked with my probation officer negotiating favorably on my behalf. While I wish th...at I could say that was my only dealings with Gabe, it was just the beginning. I was suffering from untreated mental and behavioral issues during a very bad time in my life, and got arrested three more times due to alcohol, two more being DUI charges. Yes, 3 DUI's... Gabe did not pass judgment, but showed compassion and empathy towards my personal situation, and continued to represent me through it all. He was able to put me in touch with a professional to conduct another alcohol assessment, and guiding me to get the help and treatment that I needed. Through hard work and dedication, I was able to get myself mentally and physically well, and Gabe provided support the entire way. Gabe was successfully able to negotiate the 3rd DUI, ultimately getting it dropped from my record. While I am not proud of getting myself in the position I was in, I am proud to say that I am doing and feeling the best that I have ever felt my entire life! I would highly recommend Mr. Winters should you find yourself in a similar situation. Thank you Gabe for your patience and for continuing to provide support throughout all of this!

Saved my career!

I hired Mr. Winters after being arrested for a DUI—an unfortunate lapse in judgment on my part that had significant consequences for both my federal and Army careers. Since a DUI conviction would have resulted in the loss of my security clearance, it was critical to have the charge dismissed. Mr. Win...ters expertly guided me through the legal process and successfully had the charge dropped. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, I am able to continue serving in the military and the federal workforce. I am incredibly grateful for this second chance at life.

Great Help

Mr. Winters successfully navigated a complex legal situation arising from previous representation to argue my DUI down to a reckless driving charge. In 6 months he resolved what was 2 year process previously. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
