Excellent experience, Excellent attorney

I had an unfortunate experience on the highway in Henry County and made the wrong decision due to fear: leaving the scene of an accident. I was charged with a Hit and Run offense: a serious offense and one that had the potential to cause a great deal of life and job disruption. I was extremely st...ressed because of this and engaged Mr. Winters' services. Throughout the process, he struck a good balance between explaining what could happen versus a likely result based on negotiation. Having Gabe's advice was key and allowed me to manage the stress of the situation. In the end, Gabe was able to get my Hit and Run charge reduced to a traffic violation, partially because I completed the driver education course he recommended. I would highly recommend using Gabe if you are in a similar position. He knows the legal process, offers good advice, and is a pleasure to deal with.

Got DUI sentence reduced to minimum

Can’t thank Gabe enough for all his help on this, I definitely would’ve been lost without him! After getting charged with a 4th DUI, 1st in 10yrs. Gabe was able to get me the minimum sentence in one of the toughest municipalities, no jail time AND I get to KEEP my driving privilege! Can’t thank him e...nough for making such a stressful and scary situation go so smoothly!

First offender probation

I was recently in a situation in which i was about 3 and a half years into my 5 year felony first offender probation. I was extremely worried about ruining my progress that I have achieved in that time and my probation was in jeopardy. I did a lot of looking around and checking attorney resumes but i...t seemed a lot of roads led me to Mr. Winters at the Lawson & Berry firm. After speaking with him, his expertise showed immediately when telling me what he can do for me and what to expect. Honesty and experience is what I needed and that’s exactly what I got. He used that experience to ensure that we had a multitude of plans and fallbacks, so I was able to understand the scope of what could happen and what he would do in lieu of, was reassuring. In a time of uncertainty, that was needed as well. He ended up making it so I was able to not be affected anymore by my past mistakes and got my probation terminated in a swift fashion. Myself and my family are still at a loss of words for what this man was able to accomplish, and the time frame in which he did it in. I would highly recommend anyone who feels they have a probation issue to call Mr. Winters immediately. He is there for you during and after office hours and will make a perfect addition to your team in a time of need. Couldn’t of asked for better. My family and I have more thanks than we can give and I have the opportunity to move forward. Could you ask for more ?

Excellent Work on a DUI Case

I was charged with a DUI in addition to 3 traffic violations including an open container, and I hired Gabe Winters to represent me. I could not be more happy for making this decision because he succeeded in getting my DUI charge dropped outside of court along with all but one of the traffic citations...(including the open container). I was thrilled and relieved by the extraordinary outcome of my case, which had been impending for half a year since my court date was postponed many times. During this period of foreboding, Mr. Winters provided extensive guidance and kept in touch with me closely: He was invariably responsive and accessible. I commend the work this lawyer, and effusively, I recommend hiring him.

Exceptional Service from an Exceptional lawyer!

I am very pleased with the outcome of having Gabe by my side as my attorney. Mr Winters was able to get my charges dropped to reckless driving. He performed his job with professionalism and a sense of humor which made me feel at ease during a difficult time. And all done at a very reasonable pri...ce. I highly recommend him!
