Since opening his own DUI and Criminal, Defense firm in 2009 he has provided successful outcomes for defendants all over Snohomish, King, Skagit, Island, Whatcom and Pierce Counties.

Attorney Scott W. Lawrence earned a B.S. in Chemistry at the University of Washington and a criminal law degree at the University of Oregon, School of Law. He worked as a private investigator for 12 years. He is a member of the prestigious National College of DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has certified by the International Order of Police and the National Highway Traffic Safety Association to administer the same roadside field sobriety tests given by police officer when investigating driving under the influence cases. A rare breed of attorney, possessing a background in law, science and investigation, Scott Lawrence's unique blend of knowledge and experience are especially effective in complex criminal cases such as DUIs and Sex Cases, Medical Claims , and all other criminal and personal injury cases.

Failed to appear at my hearing

Replied last February 03, 2012The client contacted my office a couple of days before his hearing about fighting his ticket. We did not receive the completed paperwork in time to appear at his hearing. In spite of that, I managed to have the ticket finding eventually vacated and it will not appear on his driving record. He faces no consequences with the court, DOL or his insurance company. It is difficult to have a committed finding vacated once it has been found committed and it took quite a bit of extra work on my part to get this accomplished. Not only was the finding vacated, but the ticket was won. I do always offer a refund if the client is unhappy for ANY reason. His fee has been fully refunded.
