Aruban case handled in the US

I met Sean almost 2 years ago, following the collapse of a safety railing on a pier at a hotel in Aruba. I required two surgeries to correct my injuries, and I will never be able to drive a car and wear the driver's side seatbelt properly or without pain. Over the course of almost 2 years, Mr. Cleary... guided and directed me through the immense challenges involved in pursuing a case against several corporations, including several outside the USA. Sean, Yanet and the rest of the team worked diligently for almost two years to force the corporations to agree to Mediation, where ultimately my case settled. Mr. Cleary and his team did an EXCELLENT job representing my case.

You will not be disappointed!

I was involved in a pedestrian accident, where a car hit me while I was driving my bike. It's not always a situation like this occurs, so you don't even know where to start. One of my daughter’s colleague recommended Sean. When I spoke with him for the first time I was blown away. I had talked to mul...tiple attorneys before, but none of them inspired trust. I felt like all they wanted was my money. However, Sean was different, he was not eager for the business. instead, I could tell that he actually wanted to help and guide me to find a solution. In our initial call we spoke for more than an hour and he explained the whole process and cost. I was not able to hire him because my situation turned into a criminal case, but nevertheless he guided me all the way through. I called him multiple times to obtain his opinion and he was always welcoming and understanding. I hope a situation like this never occurs again, but if it does, I'm confident that Sean will be able to help me through it. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

Mr. Cleary is the best Miami lawyer to hire!

I was involved in a pedestrian accident a while ago and I thought that it will be very difficult to find a lawyer who is dedicated and experienced in such cases. A friend of mine recommended I talk to Sean Cleary about my accident. Tireless and understanding

I had a terrible food poisoning in a hotel during my vacation in South America. Sean helped me file a lawsuit against the hotel and he worked tirelessly to solve my case. Thank you very much Mr. Cleary!
