Mr. Altman was a fine choice. His correspondence was top notch, leaving me less stressed and fully informed about my whole legal situation. His demeanor was both professional and personal. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in search of an aggressive attorney in Utah.

David is very down to earth, honest, easily approachable. He will patiently explain all aspects of your case to you. He's quick and consistent in returning phone calls and emails.
David successfully obtained the second diversion ever done in UT for charges I was up for. In fact, he's helped me with two cases, neither of which are going to result with any charges showing up on my record, because of his good work.
Thank you David, for your help.

Attorney David Altman was my defense attorny and represented me in my last court case. He was very knowledgable with all the court proceedings, the charges against me, and familiar with the judge and prosucuters in my case. I had three very serious charges, including a 3rd degree felony, and was facing some lengthy jail time. With his experience and knowledge, we were able to work out a deal with the prosecutor to avoid jail time, and after I complete a few state mandated classes which are unavoidable, have all of the charges dropped. No other lawyer could have done this well. I could't be happier with the service I received from David Altman. Without hesitation I would hire him again as my defense attorny, if the need ever arises.
