Experienced, professional and trustworthy
I hired Mr Altman to represent me in my case in St George. I have never needed a lawyer for anything before so with no experience in a courtroom, other than being a juror, I had to rely on these reviews for help. He has shown me that there are people still in this world that care about you when you need their help. From the first contact to the last he and his office staff have been nothing but professional. They kept me informed and let me know everything about my case and how it should be handled. You will not find a more experienced attorney to represent you. He tells you the truth and is straight forward with you. Trust today means a lot and he has mine.

What a Godsend
We hired David Altman not knowing how much we really needed his services. After my wife's life flight to the hospital after a motorcycle accident our problems were not medical, but administrative. The Hospital and medical services billed her worker provided insurance not the vehicle insurance provider. Also the medical bills exceeded the limits of the vehicle coverage. David was able to stop the medical bills from going into collections while he was working with the vehicle insurance provider to settle the claim. David was able to settle the claim within the limits of the coverage, stop any credit reporting issues and provided a settlement for us. I recommend contacting David Altman if just to make sure that there are no surprises while settling an insurance claim.

Excellent lawyer
I was facing serious criminal charges. After my family spend hours interviewing multiple lawyers, they decided to go with Mr. Altman, he was exceptionally knowledgeable, responded fast to all my phones calls and was always particularly attentive to any questions or request I had. He was able to get me an excellent deal, with his representation I was able to walk free with reduced charges, at the preliminary hearing. The deal also included hope and some relieve for the future, which after unsupervised probation I could have that charge reduce to an even lesser charge, exceeding my expectations. Please call Mr. Altman NOW if you're in trouble.

DUI charge
My son was charged with a DUI and David Altman was able to get the charges dropped. First, he came to a hearing at the DMV and represented my son. My son was able to get his driving license restored. The final result was that he had to plead guilty to negligent collision. Throughout the process, David Altman was professional and responded to all of our communications. We had hired him because my son had hired him on a previous charge that David Altman got dropped by the judge. David Altman goes out of his way to be responsive and explain the legalities to his clients. He is very experienced. I would strongly recommend him.

Excellent service
Mr. Altman went the extra mile many times to help my son and I. For example, the case required a cashier's check and Mr. Altman obtained one to pay the fee instead of making us go to the trouble to get one. This saved us much time and hassle, and we simply had to reimburse Mr. Altman. He is also excellent at returning phone calls and emails, responding the same day in most cases. He will continue to represent us through the length of the legal matter. I would highly recommend Mr. Altman!

Unbelievable Lawyer!
While driving through Utah while on a vacation from California, I turned in front of a Highway Patrol car and was stopped for failure to yield. The officer claimed he smelled marijuana in my car and searched me, my passenger and my vehicle. I was charged with a DUI, marijuana possession and failure to yield. I was facing jail time and probation with drug testing and an interlock in my car. Choosing a lawyer is not something to be taken lightly, after a couple hours of research i chose Attorney David Altman to represent me. He made all my court appearances for me so I never had to return to Utah, but the best part of it all was the fact that attorney David Altman got my DUI charge completely dropped so all I had to do was pay a fine for possession and pay the traffic citation. I am super grateful for the results he has provided me with and I definitely recommend this attorney for anyone who has a criminal case in Utah.
