Help in the most stressful situations

Tom was hired to represent my brother in a DUI case. He was excellent and kept us informed every step of the way. He knew all the ins and outs of court room and was a great negotiator. We had a great outcome using Tom. He will help you our in the most stressful situations. I wouldn't call ayone else.

absolutely incredible lawyer!!

The most incredible attorney in Nebraska. Helped me out with a case that I was really struggling with. Worked his hardest with the court and ended up closing the case before it was even opened. Could not ask for better!

When doing a search for an attorney, I searched for "Best DUI attorney in Omaha" which is how I found Tom. He deserves such a title hands down! He was professional, responsive outside 'banker hours', and achieved a better settlement than I even hoped for. Obviously, my first advice is Don't drink and Drive but if you're reading this, you likely need counsel and I have no doubt Tom will get the best outcome for you in every step of the way!

Worth every penny great lawyer

Mr. Olsen is a great lawyer. He really knows the law and has a very realistic and effective approach to making sure the legal outcome is as beneficial to his client as possible. He knows everyone in the court. He is extremely confident and has amazing follow through. The communication throughout the process was stellar and I always knew what was going on and what to expect. I was in a pretty vulnerable position and his efforts had it whittled down to the bare minimum. He is the best choice. Great lawyer!

Felony charge reduced to misdemeanor

Mr.Olsen is a highly admirable and recommendable man. He was upfront about all options and his communication throughout the whole process was truly amazing. Prompt Legal Help when you need it the most

Found myself in a situation where I needed to get a family member out of jail ASAP. Called Tom 730 AM and he answered. Other firms got back to me next day or days later. Tom worked with me all day in the midst of other responsibilities he had on his plate for the day. When I was unable to find a bond bails man, Tom stepped in and solved the problem. I can not say enough on how hiring Tom helped my family get through a extremely difficult time. Call Tom!

Great Attorney

After going back and forth with a bunch of incompetent attorneys who speak nothing but rubbish and waste time, i found Mr. Olsen on AVVO and i was surely impressed by the guy . Exceptional lawyer

This last April, I unfortunately, I ran into some legal issues. Upon doing some research online, we found Tom Olsen. You never know if you've hired a good lawyer until you either meet him in person or when you get the outcome you want. This guy has it all. He drove eight hours round-trip three different times to meet me in the county that I was being charged. He was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. He worked on my behalf to get a hearing dates that works with my schedule as well as getting me the best outcome I could've ever hoped for. Tom has a literally saved my career and insured my future. Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

Mr. Olsen handled my Felony Drug Possession Case and got it reduced to a misdemeanor, he always answered my calls and kept me informed of every stage of my case. I truly cannot imagine a more professional and competent defense attorney than Mr. Olsen. DUI Lawyer

I used Tom for my DUI. He was very knowledgable and made me feel very good about what he could do for me and the possible outcomes. Tom always answered his phone and returned phone calls, so he was easily reached. Tom was able to work out a deal and I was let off better than expected. He is a great lawyer! Would definitely recommend him!
