Effective, efficient, highly recommended
Scott is extremely effective in getting a recent ticket (which I believe was unfairly issued) dismissed. I rarely speed (unless traffic makes driving the speed limit unsafe) and am generally compliant with traffic rules, so I have VERY good insurance rates, and it was important that I keep tickets of...
