Philip Saint John Wakefield

He took misdemeanor case and we gave $5000 cash to him at Snohomish Law Group offices in Everett Washington. He sent notice to Marysville Municipal court as representing me. Approximately 26 days later Mr Wakefield called me the night before arraignment and requested another $10,000 and I needed to ...bring a check or the cash in the morning at my arraignment. I refused to pay more. Following morning in court he stated I fired him and court suggested I apply for a public defender. Mr Wakefield has refused to reimburse any funds. He knew he was going to be in trouble in his PENDING DISCIPLINARY BAR MATTER and would not be able to represent me when he took the cash money. I suspect cash was never known to his firm, Snohomish Law Group.

This attorney is about money, first and foremost. He is greedy, lies, and is a hypocrite. He used my money for his own personal matters and led me to believe that I owed him money. I did eventually get my 20 thousand dollars that he misappropriated, but only after I found out he had been doing the... same thing to other people as well. Watch out!!! He is very charming, and will pretend to be your friend, whilst taking advantage of you behind your back.

I was looking at the maximum conviction DUI charge. My bail was set high and I had some serious prior charges. Mr. Wakefield told me I was considered a “Big Fish”. I hated to hear that. That was a long time ago and I’m not that person anymore. I didn’t like Phil Wakefield but I hired him. I... told him there’s something wrong with this case and there’s something to find. Arresting officer said one thing but wrote down another. Mr. Wakefield, Mr Lawrence and Miss Logutina went to work. Yuliya kept me informed but I was a mess. I didn’t want to deal with all of this again! The pain continued for months. Unhealthy stress. Until that day I received a phone call from Phil saying there’s been some findings and your case is DISMISSED!! Unbelievable….. I love them all and will pay them!!

Mr. Wakefield went above and beyond to treat me like family. I was scared, nervous, and had the worst anxiety in my life. I'm sure no one out there likes to be in trouble with the law. I had just moved to Washington and made a bad decision that could have endangered myself and possibly others. The pr...ocess was difficult and new to me so the sleepless nights turned in to comfort after my first consultation with Phillip. He was sincerely empathic to my situation and really wanted to help. His "Respect" in the Court room was admired not only by the Judges and fellow Attorneys but by all bystanders. I felt protected. I was given a second chance thanks to Philip Wakefield. I still till this day consider him my friend. It was important to Phillip to actually spend the time to get to know me and he told me all about himself.
