While Rafe was always pleasant and personable, it became almost immediately apparent that he did not focus on details, or retain them. He would email and call both of us daily, often asking the same question. Eventually we asked him to focus on the specifics of the information we were providing him..., but he apparently didn't, as was evidenced by his appearing to be overwhelmed in our day at court. We would NOT recommend Rafe to anyone, which is a shame, as his paralegal Peggy was very intelligent and helpful.

Excellent Job! Rafe performed well and truly cares and guides his clients throughout the whole process. He thoroughly reviewed all aspects and left no stone unturned. Overall, he took a rather difficult issue and found a way to make it accessible while easing the burden on the client. Furthermore,... his own connections within the Everett area really helped in yielding positive results. Rafe is the rare lawyer who is kind, decent, and cares about his clients. His goal seems to be to settle a case with the least acrimony and the best result , although I could see he wouldn't flich from a fight, if necessary.
