I love a fight for the underdog. I also love to read. Thankfully, I ended up in law school and got a job working as a deputy prosecutor trying cases; it was wonderful and eye opening and rewarding. I then had the privilege of working with State Supreme Court Justice JM Johnson for stint before returning to the prosecutor's office and trying more cases. I transitioned into a private practice where I focused on representing people, not corporations or governments, but real people who need a real lawyer.
My clients haver been a range of folks, some of whom needed my skill and advocacy as a trial lawyer, and many of whom needed guidance to a swift and favorable resolution. Overtime, with only so many hours in the day, my practice has become limited to representing injured people and their surviving families after negligent or worse acts cause catastrophic loss. Often this is in the context of insurance bad faith claims, as well as product liability and terrible trucking crashes.

Graduating Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law, Brian enjoyed studying the application of the law. He was also an Article Editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, one of Seattle University's Law Journals. His second year of law school, Brian was elected President of the school's chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, a legal service fraternity. His practice is shaped around his ideals that every person should be able to stand up to their personal Goliath.

I came to Brian, because I had prior experience with his legal services, and I knew that if he thought I had a case, he would do everything he could to fight for me. I was unsure what the exact outcome would be, but I knew with Brian that I had a fighting chance to really have my case heard in court....

Brian was incredibly helpful and supportive through the entire auto accident/TBI injury process. He went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood everything that was happening and provided me with references to continue my care even after our case was settled. I always knew the status of ...

My family has used Brian a couple of times. The first time, my brother and I interviewed multiple attorneys to assist in his case. When we met with Brian, we both decided he was the one. He was not judgmental, had ideas that no other attorney proposed. During the case, Brian and his team were ver...
"Mr. Sullivan is an excellent attorney, who recognizes the individual needs of his clients. His professional relationships with both prosecutors and judges alike helps him achieve the results you need in your case. As a former prosecutor himself, Brian fundamentally understands the goals which the State seeks to achieve, consequently, he can also see the flaws in their case. In my experience, its be a pleasure working beside Brian as a fellow attorney."
"Brian's is an exceptional attorney who gets great results for his clients. He works tirelessly on his client's cases until he is able to get a favorable outcome. I endorse tthis lawyer's work."
"Brian Sullivan is an excellent experienced attorney and a man of principled integrity. I previously worked with him in a legal-related work, and I strongly recommend him."
"Brian is an attorney with extraordinary knowledge and skill in many aspects of the law. He leads the charge in ensuring the government meets its obligations before it infringes on the rights of its citizens."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian Sullivan is a hard working effective attorney who is dedicated to his clients and getting them justice."
"I know Brian both personally and professionally. He is engaging and outgoing, which are great assets in the courtroom. He also works diligently for his clients, spending months and years if necessary securing the proper outcome of a case."
"I very highly endorse this excellent, proven lawyer. Brian was a prosecutor years ago before getting into criminal defense. He was always fair, intelligent and honest in his dealings with the defense bar. Now, after years in the criminal defense arena, including top-notch appellate, trial and personal injury work, he has truly earned the high level of respect he enjoys in the legal community as a criminal defense and personal injury practitioner. As a fellow attorney, I have watched him often in the courtroom and he definitely knows his craft well. Brian is ethical, confident and compassionate, and is an astute, hard-working problem solver. I could not recommend anyone better for criminal defense, personal injury or other legal representation. Brian Sullivan is definitely one of the very best attorneys in this area – a true ‘lawyer’s lawyer’, and a great guy, too."
"As a former prosecutor with the City of Everett I can say that Brian's reputation as a trial attorney is excellent. Prosecutors at the City of Everett have a tremendous respect for Brian. Prosecutors respect Brian, but at the same time know that he will got to bat for his clients. I endorse Brian without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is a passionate advocate who works to obtain great results for his clients."
"Attorney Sullivan has guts. He has guts to stand up against the Leviathan that is the government in favor of the motorist among us who has been accused of a crime. To me there can be no higher calling than to a protector of civil liberties and that is what he is."
"I endorse this lawyer without hesitation. Brian is not only devoted to working for the best possible result for his clients, but he also brings valuable perspective having previously been a prosecutor. He knows what to do - and what not to do - to achieve the most positive outcomes in tough cases."
"Brian is a hardworking and energetic attorney who goes the extra mile for his clients. I have had the pleasure of knowing Brian for close to 10 years, and he has provided me valuable assistance in a couple of cases. I give him my wholehearted endorsement."
"I endorse this lawyer. Watching Brian in the courtroom, it is clear for all to see how well he represents his clients. Brian is bright, sharp and always professional. He gets results for his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Sullivan cares about his clients and has the skills to get the best results."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have gotten to know Brian, first as Deputy Prosecutor, then as an effective, sharp defense attorney. I readily recommend him without reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian was a worthy adversary when he was with the Prosecutor's office. As a defense lawyer, he is a tenacious and strong defender of his clients and their constitutional rights. I would recommend Brian to friends and family without reservation."
