Criminal Defense- Theft Case

If ever you need a more thorough, knowledgeable and kind attorney Jason S. Newcombe is your guy! My daughter had a theft case in Washington. This case was quite a complex, scary situation as it was dealing with unfamiliar laws in an unfamiliar state. We lived in another state and had never visited Washington. I called several attorneys and Jason S. Newcombe was the only one to call me back in a timely manner. We were able to communicate via text and e-mail. DUI Dismissed!

Got pulled over for a DUI in Thurston County. Reached out to Jason for a consultation. After speaking with him I was ready to hire. The case took longer due COVID. Jason was always upfront with me and was very supportive. Was told that I could plea down but that wasn't good enough for Jason. He let me know that he would do everything he could to get a better deal. On the day of my court appearance Jason called me up to let me know that the case was being dismissed. He was excited as I was. Would recommend to anybody that needed help. Thank you!

CDL Traffic Ticket

Excellent attorney! We hired Jason after my husband got a traffic ticket. Since my husband holds a CDL and was in a company vehicle there was some pretty stressful situations that his ticket caused for us with a possible outcome of losing his job and CDL. Jason and his team made the whole process stress free. They were amazing!. Jason was able to get the ticket a full Dismissal. Speeding ticket

I got a speeding ticket in the triple digits, Jason was very upfront with me saying it would be difficult, there were many ups and downs cause by outside parties that I believe the average attorney would have dropped me over, but Jason and his team stuck by my side the whole way through and even go the ticket dismissed when I was told I the chances were slim to none. Jason was amazing to talk to and emailed back very very quickly, even when I emailed almost at midnight. I will definitely recommend him and his team to anyone who needs legal help

Exactly the help I needed!

I was in a tough spot with a charge on my driving record I didn't get but two different states thought I did, from the fallout I lost my lincense and needed it back quickly for my job. I was running out of time like had days left to make it disappear and Jason worked super fast on my case, literally got it done in the knick of time, he didn't charge me extra either due to the dual state nature of my case. Im so happy I chose this guy, I highly recommend him not just for getting my charge dropped and lincense reinstated but for the speed he did it in. I got the job and I'm thrilled. If your thinking of investing in a lawyer it can be scary trust me i know, but had I known how good this guy was I wouldn't of been worried at all I definitely recommend him!
