Driving my sons truck 3 houses from his apartment to gather empty boxes to help them pack and move without the blow and go on his truck was my mistake. Putting me in jail for 3 days and making me wear a ankle bracelet is incredibly hard .in two weeks I am going to have rotatorcuff surgery . A moment of giving help to my son who lost his Dad to mesothelioma due to mixing asbestos grout in a bucket in the 70s without a mask but the state told him in the 80s ypumust wear a mask I had my son taken to the hall while I asked them to remove the mask from his face so he could proceed to heaven.My son was 8 . The court needs to understand that I made a mistake I'm thinking I could drive 300 feet o get theses boxes for my son who is now a Daddy of a 1 yr old baby girl. How much longer must I be penalized. This is what Dan needs to convey to the court .

11 months ago I thought my chances of ever seeing my daughter in the physical again were over. I thought I had no hope. See I had been through family Law Before if you will. Filling a notice to appear without a lawyer, I went after full custody / guardianship over my oldest daughter and I won!
