I am a Permanent Resident thanks to Jacob

My husband and I faced an immigration issue back in January and feared deportation. I called several lawyers, all with different advice, some could not help at all. Some said to leave the country even though I would face a ten year ban and then fight to overcome it from there (meaning several years o...f seperation from my husband). I knew as soon as I spoke to Jacob that he was the attorney I wanted to take care of my case. He gave us several solutions to try before resorting to leaving the country and having to be apart. At our first meeting, Jacob was very personable yet professional. He was sympathetic to our situation but also very honest about our options and what the outcome may be. Right away I knew he would do everything he could to help our case. This morning I recieved my green card in the mail. My husband and I couldn't be happier. Knowing all of our our visa issues are taken care of is a huge weight off our shoulders. Best of all I can now go back to England to visit the friends and family I have been missing for the past 2 years. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Jacob and his team. Thanks to their hard work, knowledge and dedication I am now a permanent resident of the USA :)

By far, the best!

In my quest for getting a US Visa, I had numerous meetings with many Immigration lawyers and all I was hearing from them was how arduous , difficult and time consuming it would be and no guaranteed result. Furthermore it would be very costlyâ€¦I had the chance to meet with Jacob Sapochnick and I sign...ed with him, trusting that he was the one. Effectively, he made it happen in a very professional and timely manner and at a lower cost than other immigration lawyers. Thanks Jacob for you professionalism and thorough knowledge of your field! I will recommend you anytime

Great lawyer and team

Highly recommend Jacob and the team at this office. As others have noted, they were very straightforward, the value of the service is exceptional, there were no hidden fees or costs, and at the end of the process my goal was achieved - I obtained my visa. The local service they offer in driving you t...o the border to accompany you is great, especially if you are unaware of the location and process. I managed to fly into San Diego in the morning, obtain the visa with their help, and fly out the same day. I can sincerely give my recommendation to Jacob and his team.

Thank you, Jacob!

Jacob is very knowledgeable, honest and relentless. We received not one, but TWO denials in my wife's immigration case. After our second denial our hope was all but gone. Jacob, however, continued his efforts just in case. It was a long story, but due to his efforts we ultimately received my wife's G...reen Card, against all odds. He is a great lawyer and very fine human being. Highly recommend. Thank you, Jacob (you can figure out who is writing this review!)

Great service

Great service. Very fast turn around. All in all, I would recommend Jacob to anyone looking to immigrate themselves or a family member. My whole process only took a little over 3 months. From the initial interview with Jacob to getting my wifes permanent status.Thanks Jacob!!
