In addition to being licensed in all courts of the State of California, I am also licensed in the following Federal courts: United States District Court Central District of California, United States District Court Southern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I have worked both as a litigator and transactional lawyer for some of the largest firms in the country. Furthermore, I have served as General Counsel, Legal Director, and Assistant Vice President to Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Companies, as well as corporate conglomerates.
As a result of academic excellence in law school, I served as not only a member of the Whittier Law Review, but also as the Solicitations Editor. I received my Juris Doctorate Cum Laude. In addition to being on the Honor Roll and Dean's List, I also received the Dean's Citation Award and served as President of the Whittier International Law Society. I am also a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award, and CALI Award of Excellence.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
